Guests frequently praise the modern decor and spacious bathrooms, often mentioning the high-quality bedding and comfortable mattresses for a restful experience. The location is a highlight, being directly opposite Brighton beach, with convenient access to nearby amenities and within walking distance of The Lanes. The breakfast buffet is also a hit, with a wide array of options including a popular omelette station, sometimes enjoyed with a wonderful seafront view, although some guests have found the parking to be unnecessarily expensive due to the first-come-first-served policy.

The bath towels were thin and felt rough. the room service menu was limited and lacked vegetarian options, a larger selection should be available. I found only three choices.

the location was acceptable, though there were some issues.
The shower was the most pathetic i've used in a long time. the sheets also had tea stains on the side near the tea tray, a real oversight. the tea mugs and tray were covered in tea splatters, a clear sign of inadequate cleaning. fresh milk was absent. Only long-life milk was provided.
