The staff were helpful. They addressed my requests promptly.
The bath towels were thin and felt rough. the room service menu was limited and lacked vegetarian options, a larger selection should be available. I found only three choices.

the room was spacious. a comfortable bed ensured restful nights. a nespresso machine allowed me to enjoy coffee. the upgraded room offered a lovely experience with meticulous details.
the air conditioning machines at the back of the building created some noise.

the rooms have been recently redecorated and are pristine. double glazing ensures quiet rooms. every staff member was helpful and friendly. breakfast had great choice , it was delicious.
the room was a bit tired and could use some updating.

gorgeous room super clean sheet fabulous time
my stay included a gorgeous room with a lovely layout. there were super clean sheets on the bed. especially lily. the upgrade i got through my leonardo membership helped me have a fabulous time.
the bar was busy, and it took a bit for someone to greet me.

underwhelming experience
uncomfortable bed underwhelming room
breakfast was acceptable with a good selection of food.
i stayed in a junior suite sea view balcony and i was not very impressed with the facilities. the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as you would expect in what is sold as a luxury spa hotel. the room felt a bit underwhelming for the price i paid for one night.

tea-stained sheets pathetic shower
the location was acceptable, though there were some issues.
The shower was the most pathetic i've used in a long time. the sheets also had tea stains on the side near the tea tray, a real oversight. the tea mugs and tray were covered in tea splatters, a clear sign of inadequate cleaning. fresh milk was absent. Only long-life milk was provided.
